Does he need a visa?
Not if he applies for political asylum. He could possibly make a case that he has been persecuted in Australia by the media but he'd have to arrive undetected in a crate or the back of a lorry and then jump out at the docks.
If successful Rovers will not need to find accommodation for Mason the council will see to it. They'll probably try to fix him up with a job too which is where Rovers could step in and help to assimilate him.
Otherwise yes he will need a visa. |
