If the evidence is there and sufficent to drive a better deal,then surely this evidence would be sufficent to hand over to the RFL.



If its not sufficent evidence to give to the RFL,then i cant believe that it would be sufficient to drive a better deal out of Huddersfield.

First the ignorance of RL fines is touching. a BIG fine (note the capitalisation so we mean really big!) is a nonsense. The fines in RL are low. When wakey tapped up Robinson it was only a few thousand. And usually 50% is deffered. Jeez KD would be terrified by a BIG RL fine. So even on its own ludicrous terms this hypothetical stinks.



Plus, of course, wakey have gone public about the talks. They have been clear about the correct nature of the approach.To run to the RFL afterwards claiming bad practice does make them look 2 faced. So again this is an infantile case.
