| A match we were always bound to lose, hopefully we can learn much from the defeat and prepare well for the tricky tie vs Wakey.
At the start of the season if you'd have given me 2nd in the league with only one loss I'd have taken it no problem

| Yeah we where dominated down the middle , no platform for the backs which led to lots of silly errors and unnecessary offloads/hospital passes.

| I agree that a new prop is needed, but we are also desparate for a half back with a good tactical kicking game. Yes, halves can't do much behind a beaten pack, but sometimes the pack needs the half back to just drill the ball as far as he can to give a chance to reset in defence. It was a tough watch, seeing our backs struggling to make any metres at all in backfield and then Lam repeatedly kicking the ball high, into the wind. In those situations, you would expect a genuine 7 (I see Lam as a 6) to kick it hard and low, and probably early in the tackle count before the wingers drop back.
