was he missed lastnight with his extra attacking threat and good defence?

I wonder whether we missed some of his organisation tbh.



In both attack and defence we looked disorganised at times.

Hopefully, with Morley and Westwood away on international duty next week it would be nice to have Monaghan and Johnson back in the squad.

I agree I think we missed his organising . He obviously does more than we sometimes give him credit for...Of late I think his form is much improved and generally his defence has been excellent....

He was missed last night just for his defence work alone if nothing else.

this is boring why dont you all come out and say it ....Briers cant kick cant pass cant tackle and likes too much sauce...... and watch what Monaghan can do without Briers in the side......









Monaghan was not missed in the slightest, we won a game without playing well.....thats all......

Don't know what the biscuit is on but its too strong for him. We missed Monas a lot last night as we have done every time he hasn't been there. You might not like him but we need him and we need Briers to keep playing like he is. Monas to organise Briers to spark (and kick).

Of course we missed him - the guy is a quality player - but Chris Bridge stepped up to the plate and played his part in a solid win.



If we are to go on and win something, we do need to learn how to re-shape when injuries occur. So far (in the reign of Smith) we have coped without Morley, Monaghan, Hicks, Carvell, Anderson(s) and still managed to beat 3 x top 8 sides away from home.

think briers should go, but for me monas was not missed last night. we won without having to force the game.
